Cake decorating is a career I want to pursue, I try to find as much free time as i possibly can to make a beautiful cake. It takes a lot of concentration and patience to make a cake look absolutely perfect in order to satisfy the customer and yourself. Creating a cake that that is pleasing to the eye as well as taste is very challenging. But it is always fun to challenge your skills as a cake artist.
